According to the latest reports of international tourism organizations, Iran is the least expensive tourism destination in the world. The cost of living in this part of Iran, in suburb of Karaj where IHEC is located is even less expensive due to good access to orchard and farms and fruits and vegetables straight from production. Also, the center provided the academics and trainers as distinguished guests with guest houses having good hoteling facilities. Among the facilities are refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, bed, table and bench in the rooms and a pleasant and neat lobby for limited meetings and entertainment.  The capacity of the guest houses is 50 persons at one time. The guest house has two wings that could be separated if the guests are willing. On the other hand, as mentioned before, the full access to other research institutes under governance of AREO in neighborhood makes it easy for IHEC guests to use their guest houses too.
