Information and Communication Technologies play a vital role in an efficient and effective execution of trainings and their related support. Ten years ago in 2004, according to a fundamental plan of action, all of the buildings in IHEC were linked to each other by fire optics cables through underground canals. Then all of the rooms equipped with cables and through wireless access points linked to the LAN of the center. The network of IHEC is client/server with an excellent server room outsourced to private sector for maintenance and upgrading. 10 Mbps bandwidth of internet is provided through wireless radio from an ISP in Karaj. All of the personnel, students and faculties have access to internet for doing their jobs.

Three ICT labs are fully equipped with TCs.
